  I cannot sing Bobbi Carney’s praises enough! After dealing with a nightmare mortgage situation with a bank, who dropped the ball on my loan 6 days before my closing date, and informed me 3 days into my first extension after my closing date that I would need to find a different lender, I reached out to Bobbi in hopes that she could help. I knew that she had been in the business for more than 2 decades and she is very highly recommended and respected in the Bloomington area. I explained my situation and that I needed to find someone to finance my loan in a matter of weeks to not lose the sale of my home and be out of a place to live, which was chaotic during a pandemic. Bobbi was proactive, easy to talk to and explained everything to me in detail. She worked diligently and was always able to respond to me in an extremely timely manner with any question that I had. If it weren’t for Bobbi I would be homeless and the purchase that I had worked so hard for would have fallen through. I can’t thank her enough for her help and expertise and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage loan. Thanks to her I was able to close on my dream home and as a first time homebuyer I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for making the experience as simple and easy as possible. I am only giving her 5 stars because I can’t give her 10. Thank you so much Bobbi! You truly are the best around!

  I've worked with Bobbi for both a new home purchase and a refinance and both times have had nothing but good things to say about her. She is very upfront on what is needed, willing to work out issues, and also doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile to help you out. Very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Highly recommend.

  Bobbi is amazing and we cannot thank her enough for all of her assistance during our first time home buying process! We had some issues with a different lender and were very worried that getting our house would fall through. We reached out to Bobbi through our realtor and she completely saved the day, got us a better offer, was extremely detail oriented, and had us closing early. We would highly recommend Bobbi and Mortgage Masters to anyone who was looking.
