      Doug and team kept in constant communication with us. They went the extra mile and helped us secure a lower interest rate.       We closed on our 3rd home through Mortgage Master's on May 11th, nearly two weeks ealier than orginally anticipated. They did an incredible job helping us navigate through challanges faced as a ''self employed'' borrower, and Doug Kent worked diligently in the beginning to help us overcome some obstacles, as well as to get a few things in order. All of the staff at MM, from Sandi, Freda, and Heather were extremely helpful and patient with us along the way. Most importantly we were treated like people and not just another file. Through multiple transactions, and by hearing it from industry professionals; I have come to understand that having a pre-qualification or approval with the Mortgage Master's name on it gives your offer alot more credbility, especially in this crazy market.
