      Our experience with Nikita Jacobs and Skylyn King with Mortgage Matters was probably one of the easiest processes for a home loan we have been through. From beginning to end, Nikita helped us understand the Texas laws since we are new to this state, and she worked tirelessly helping to get our loan closed as quickly as we could. She locked us in with a good rate just before the feds decided to raise them. Saved us money for sure. Skylyn was on top of getting information to us that we needed and we appreciate both of them so much. We spoke with Nikita almost daily through our process and when we had a question, she returned our phone calls usually within the hour, sometimes even late at night. She also came all the way across town, in traffic, I think at least an hour and a half drive to attend our closing in person! Who does that? Nikita! I know I will recommend her as a lender and would definitely consider her for any future mortgage needs I may have. You cannot go wrong with these two and Mortgage Matters.       I highly recommend working with David Mendez, Diana Lucero and Karen Nguyen. I am a second time home buyer and second time work with them. They’re always did an amazing job, so my case is a hard case but they’re always answering all my question and reviewing my options. The current housing market is very hot, crazy, you really need to have someone that is perfect broker, responsive, and quick and will try all their best to helping you.
