  My wife and I have been looking for a home the past 6 months. We switched to mortgage one west and immediately we felt like we were in good hands with Alex Chu. Alex is incredibly good at what he does and is very proactive with his clients. We appreciated everything Alex did for us and he was able to explain everything in detail for first time homebuyers like us.   Karl Wiesner ghosted me (listing agent), buyers agent, and buyers clients in the middle of a pending transaction. I've never had that happen before from a lender. After 3 weeks into the Puyallup transaction, he suddenly stopped answering calls & replying to emails/texts. Right before closing date, we had to scramble, extend closing date, and the manager had to take care of it for him. Extremely unprofessional. —reply to the owner: I understand sometimes a surprise comes up in borrowers history. Just a simple phone call or email is all that would’ve been needed instead of ignoring our calls/emails and Karl never reaching back out to us.

  We appreciate all feedback and are sorry to hear you felt ghosted. We looked back at the transaction you referenced and it looks as though it closed almost 6 months ago. Due to a surprise in the borrower’s financial history, there was a short delay. Sometimes this happens and the loan officer quickly found a solution so that the sale could still close.
