      Very poor overall experience. The only reason we went with this company is they stated they are military supporters and help veterans at all cost. The only thing this did for my husband who is an Air Force Veteran, is cause unwanted stress and anxiety! We had over 5 closing dates, very poor communication on their part. Close to every closing date or past they would state they needed some other document or inspection. As a veteran and using our VA loan we were not supposed to pay closing costs, in the end after we went through the new year the interest rate kept going up and they closing costs that we weren’t supposed to pay ended up being over $2000. We started the process in late October of 2021 and we FINALLY closed after me having to call the company Vice President TWICE. We closed in March of 2022… 5 months!!!! The portal that we were supposed to have access to, we didn’t get access to until February and that’s when he finally even started actually working on the loan. None of the documents I had sent in had even been uploaded by them to the portal until then! 0/10 would not recommend!!
