  Actually should be 6 ⭐️‼️ Absolutely the most efficient and professional mortgage service I have ever done business with. The streamlined application process and digital document signing and uploading was the best part. Warren and his team are veteran friendly and understand the VA Home Loan process better than anyone in the business. Warren also offers great advice and keen insight that allowed us to navigate the loan from qualifying to pre-approval to closing. If I could offer one piece of advice when you’re house-hunting, it would be to Call Warren as soon as you start your house hunt. Whether you’re a veteran or not, but especially if you’re a Veteran, go with Warren and Mortgage Solutions

  My Mortgage Lender Roland Daniels and Heidi Griffith provided EXCELLENT Service to me and my family. Heidi was very punctual in responding to my questions regarding documents requested. She was very detailed and it made it so easy for me to get the documents in on time for closing. Roland was extremely patient in answering questions regarding signing the documents and even though I took the Homebuyers class, he taught me a world of knowledge. This journey with the Team was extremely a pleasant one knowing that they were there for us in any way possible. I am so glad that we chose them to be our go to for years to come. I feel like they are family. Hat's off to Roland and Heidi my House family!! 5 stars does not reflect the level of service they provided.

  Warren was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable during my loan process. I work in the mortgage industry and it's clear this company knows what they are doing. Warren was available any day needed, and was always quick getting back to me via email or phone call. I had an incredibly difficult loan to work with, being rejected by multiple other companies, mortgage solutions happily got me started and made it work. I highly recommend this company and will be working with them again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for helping me get a permanent home.
