      Contacted Shauna McMurray in January to get information on financing a new home we are building. After running a HARD inquiry on my credit, which is perfect with a very low DTI and putting more than 30% down, she basically ghosted me. After several emails, phone calls and messages, nothing. NOT A WORD! No I’m sorry I’m too busy for your business, nothing. At least hand me off the another loan officer if you don’t have time for me, but no. If you are too busy to take on new clients, maybe you should quit advertising! Took my business elsewhere! Sorry but this is completely unprofessional and inexcusable.
