It sounds like this was a good company a few years ago. Our experience has not been good. A week from closing our realtor calls us about a backout clause sent to her from the lender and thought we were backing out of the deal. We were not and, in fact, were working to try to close a few days early. We've had to send documents multiple times because they say they have not received it. Every time we thought we were done they had more documentation they needed. Could not get answers from one person in particular who was the numbers person. I am not financially savvy nor do I work in real estate and would have thought a call to walk us through the numbers would have been in order but all we got were forms to sign through Doc Magic - which is not a great system. So now we are a week out and I'm praying our deal hasn't been ruined by this backout clause and also praying I have the cash at closing because I have not been instructed on that.
