Using a hard money company has some major risks. The challenge is communication and who can you trust? Do you need to count your fingers after they shake your hand. I didn't think so. Just the fact you need to use private money, is reflective of challenges. There are three sides to every story. Party A Party B and the truth. Who can you trust?
