Shea is a beast and is relentless for his clients. We did a single sign construction a first for shea and it was miserable. I wanted to walk away several times due to the construction team and there unrealistic criteria. Shea kept me in the loan and pushed it to the Finnish. Hands down most dedicated loan officer I have ever worked with. When a agent fights for your loan like a accident and injury lawyer u can’t lose. Transparency and communication were second to none. If u need a mortgage shea is definitely my recommendation.
