She’s been in the business for 20 years and knows how to get your mortgage approved – and fast. I am self-employed and although my credit is solid, I am not a “cookie-cutter” customer and banks were not interested in talking to me. I am now a homeowner because Nancy got my loan approved and gave me financing options. She is extremely customer-service focused, proactive, and kept me in the loop as the approval was progressing.       Nancy Williams was very helpful getting me my house, anytime I had questions I could count on her to have the answer. She would go line by line on all the paper work with me to make sure I understand it and if I didn't she would have the answer. With Nancy I didn't have anything to worry about.
