      Dan was my 7th grade shop teacher so I thought this was better than going to an unknown to refinance last spring. I was wrong. This guy will tell you every lie he thinks you want to hear if it gets you to open your wallet. He lied about closing costs, his fee, money that would be saved and taxes. As the process went on the numbers kept changing. This guy is a straight up greasy conman. Go to a bank in western Wisconsin and save yourself the trouble
