      We've been trying to get service since February, 2021. In February, a rep came and took measurements for new doors on our existing Morton building and also noted warranty work needing done. In May, (after no word) we called again and found out he had been sick, retired, and his supervisor was to contact us and take over the account. No response from the supervisor. We've called again and left messages with the secretary in June, July and now August and no one will return phone calls. Clearly they do not stand behind any warranty work or want additional business.
