      The true test to a mans character is what he does to people when he is given power over them. Test failed. The foremen for this office are jerks. The workers are treated terribly. This job site is a toxic environment where being rude to people below you is encouraged and sticking up for yourself is discouraged. It's ok though in ten years when the labor shortage is at its peak, if they don't change the way they do things they'll be chewed up and spit out.
