      They take forever here. Plan to wait. The wife had already bought a car from here and we were just there to pick it up. Still took over two hours. And the place was pretty much empty because they don't have any cars to sell, haha. Just plan on waiting if you head here. And I pretty much hate dealerships anyway and this one fits in with all the rest.

      I recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Rav4 XSE Hybrid from Motorcars Toyota in Cleveland Heights. I worked primarily with Stephanie Kariotakis. I cannot recommend her enough! She is helpful, friendly, and diligent. She probably has magical powers too because she was able to snag this Cavalry Blue Rav4 for me in less then two months from my order date! Your lead-time may vary ofcourse, but I can't imagine you'd be able to receive a better experience and result than I did by going somewhere else. I wasn't marked up above MSRP and the financing experience was smooth as well. Everyone was nice from beginning to end. This is my second vehicle through this dealership and it is worth going there even if you are far away like I am. I plan to ride this vehicle out for a long time, but if I'm ever in the market again, this is the first place I would look for a new Toyota. Thanks Steph!
