  The customer service people are very rude and nasty I paid my loan off 6 weeks ago and I have still have not gotten my title in the mail called and the lady on the phone was very rude and told me that it was in the mail if I do not receive my title in the next couple of days I will be making a report to the better business bureau do not do business with these people

  The customer service agents are very nasty and rude! When you work for a company you work for the company, don't get personal with the job you have at hand! They also have weird policies and will agitate the hell out of you! I definitely won't do business with them again. They are horrible and nasty attitudes

  Have never had a problem until I was going to make my last payment. I spoke with them last month to verify the amount and I called today to make the payment and it was 125.00 more than they told me last month. Then when they explained how the girl I talked to last month had gotten the numbers that I quoted them he said , people try to get over on them every day. I said I would not have pulled those numbers out of a hat, and I would not get over on you on my last payment. He said he wouldnt doubt it that everyone did. Did I mention the fact that I have over paid every payment and now they call me a liar? will not deal with them again!
