      Matthew and Rolando have done a spectacular job in helping me refinance my home. They have gone above and beyond in not only helping me get my home refinanced, but helping sort out the VA process. They take a personal interest in the well being of their clients. My husband had passed right before I refinanced and they helped expedite my spouse VA benefits not only to help with the refinance, but to help me.       This has been the best experience I have had with a mortgage. They were responsive, had the best rates and worked with me all the way. In fact they were a full percentage lower than the rest. I would recommend Motto as the first place to go.

      Refinancing can be a lengthy process, there were some hiccups. After we ironed those out, the refinance went well and the team was very responsive, professional, and answered any and all of my answers in a timely fashion. I think there is always a bit of room for improvement, but what the team lacks in partnership support (initially), they made up for in perseverance. Thank you, Motto Mortgage
