  Excelente service, knowledge, and commitment. Terri was recommended by a colleague of mine after my previous loan was denied, she knocked it out of the park. She even did the walk through with my wife since I wasn’t able to be there. That’s how you take care of people, something business have lost sight of.

  Our mortgage broker (Terri Lebrecht) was fantastic! She was always flexible with us as we went through a grueling time trying to find a home for the past seven months. Her knowledge stems across a wide range of mortgage types and she always insured we were getting the best type of mortgage at the best rates available. The communication was always very prompt which was really important to us. She kept us informed every step of the way. As I am a retired veteran, it impressed me how she paid particular attention our situation and needs. We don't believe we could have add a better broker!

  Buying your first home is scary but Terri helped us feel so at ease! I would highly recommend Motto Mortgage. They were there to answer questions (and we had a lot 😂) at any time of the day and she followed through all the way to the very end when we closed on our home.
