  Horrible branch. Everyone was extremely rude. We were wanting to open up an account, they told us it would be a 15 minute wait , we waited an hour and 15 minutes and ended up leaving. Go elsewhere!!

  It has been a few years since I met and started working with Cat Eldridge on ALL of my loans. She has never disappointed me in her efforts to help my family and I as we buy and refi our vehicles. She has been there to help us as we build our credit as well. Go see Cat at the Sunset Branch!! Cat Eldridge has been a pleasure to work with. I had a very negative experience with another loan officer a few months back on a simple refi, but because Cat had helped me prior I came back to her and she made it right. She goes above and beyond to help her clients. Thank you Cat.
