  Horrible place do not recommend their ATMs take your money and you have to go all the way to the bank to get your money back honestly just switch banks

  If comparing to other credit unions in Utah, MACU is the least professional, non consistent and slow. Their rules for auto loan will differ from one location to the other. Out of all credit unions that my business cooperates with I only have hard time with Mountain America. From now on I'll recommend my customers and partners to stay away from that credit union.
