  I have been banking with Mountain America for at least 35 years. I have been with other banks and Mountain America is far above the others with what they offer their customers. From basic checking and savings to mortgages and car loans. Whenever I had questions or concerns they always took care of me. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their service is A+.

  Advised me that a savings bound could not be cashed as of 2022. I contacted another branch and it was taken care of. Also put a loan payment to the wrong the loan.

  Today is March 5 of 2022. I have not had one bad experience with this bank until today I pulled up at 2 o’clock actually it was 1:59 so that I could grab a debit card because there was fraud on my account so I needed to replace it. When I got to the door which I was right behind a gentleman that went in the door. I pulled on the door and it was locked a woman came to the door to let another client out and I asked her may I please come in and get a debit card. It was imperative that I had it this weekend because I was going out of town for my birthday . The woman that was at the door stated to me we close at 2:00 I said it’s 2 o’clock I needed to grab a debit card. Her reply was oh we can’t do that it will take 7 minutes and we’re closed. I was in shock I sat outside for another 10 minutes and there were still people walking outside from inside.All the people that I have dealt with at this place has been nothing but nice but they have had a major turnover in employees I wish they get the old ones back !
