  Come in to open a new account, the person that I was supposed to meet weren't there. Not of their own fault, but mine. I went in without making an appointment. However, the other person treated me very well. Wish I know years ago that Mountain America have such a wonderful people working there. Thank you.

  I made a stop to this location on Wednesday, roughly 1:30. I unfortunately forgot the tellers name; I believe Austin, he was the only one working at the time. He was incredible, I was debating on using MACU for a couple personal and business accounts and his customer service helped that decision greatly. Austin (I hope is his name) took time to ask sincere questions and go through extra mile. I appreciated him, and would hire him on the spot for my own company.
