I went to Mountain America Credit Union in hopes they had shared branching. While waiting, second in line, a manager approached me and asked how he could help. I asked about the shared branching service and he kindly explained they no longer had that service since the start of last year. Though he did direct me to the nearest ATM. Funny enough I've never used one before, so he was kind enough to walk me outside to it and show me how 🤦♂️. Very appreciative of him. Very helpful and Personal. If I lived in Rexburg I would choose Mountain America in a heart beat. Bravo to the customer service 👏👏👏
