      The Washington Fields Branch has very knowledgeable tellers and bank staff. They are patient and explain things so that I can easily understand. I will continue to use them for all my financial needs and would recommend them to family and friends.

      When you get a card printed make the teller reads the name back to you. They printed me a new card gave it to me and ended up giving me someone else account and then giving my card to someone else, ended up putting me minus in the bank and showing me the other members account and showed me how much they made which was unprofessional I thought our information was private, guess not. So much happened. MACU defiantly dropped the ball, I had 3 tellers on my side and managers were unprofessional. If I didn’t have loans with this company I would leave
