      Great bunch of folks that made me feel welcome from the first time I opened an account with them. I like the fact that customers are important to them. It is obvious that high quality customer care is important at all levels at this bank. Highly recommend.

      Dealing with a lengthy, painful death of my grandfather, my mother had to go to this bank and try to get a financial matter resolved. At which point this snobby teller decides to sit and make a joke about "not being able to call him" to my mother's face. This is her father we are talking about. How dare you, I hope you never Have to go through the pain that she has had to endure these past two years. Have some compassion, you monster.
