      Me and my sister went there last Sunday to sell some gold and the person with piercings on his lips straight rude and try to tell me that my sisters coin was fake n when he was testing it out he didn't know how to use your tester obviously and he straight rude specially when I walked out he said some rude remarks so I sent in my kuzzins to show that the coin was real than my kuzzinsbwasnsaying he got rude with them anyway teach that kid how to test gold cause he doesn't know what he's doing thank yuu have a good day

      Good afternoon, I apologize for your experience in our store. There is no reason an employee to ever be rude. I understand there was disagreement about the authenticity of the coin. As a business and especially when dealing with high dollar items. We have to be able to guarantee the item, if we can not, we simply cannot proceed further. I have not seen the item, but am willing to take a second look and offer my opinion. Just stop by the shop Monday through Friday.
