No one answers when you call. When someone calls you back, it's the receptionist and he/she doesn't have any answers for your questions. John still has not responded to the questions in my email, yet he responds with an excuse as to why he hasn't answered my questions yet. If you have the time to type out an excuse, you have the time to type out the answers to my two questions. I paid 400 some dollars to this place to open my LLC. John only seems to care about the money and not the services he offers.
