      The staff are very friendly and accommodating, but I opened an account over a month ago now and STILL have not received my debit card. They already cancelled the first one and “rush” shipped the second. However, it’s been almost 2 weeks since they put in for the replacement and STILL NOTHING. I will update when/if I ever receive my card. Update: the Branch Manager followed up with me and it turns out there was a miscommunication about my address. Accidents happen, and I have my card now. Everyone was very professional and helpful through this whole confusing process. Thank you Mountain Valley for having my back!
