      I'm a Forsyth County transplant who moved here a couple of years ago and haven't looked back. I LOVE the North Georgia mountains! When I first approached Mountain Valley Community Bank at the request of my real estate agent, I wasn't sure what to expect. My situation was unique. I'm a small business owner of an Airbnb and was just starting into my second year when the pandemic forced me to shut down. However, my fantastic loan specialist, Ken, and his wonderful assistant, Terri, worked their magic and got me qualified for an RV/tiny house in one of the local parks in time for a last minute requested early closing. Mountain Valley Community Bank is one of the only (if not THE only) banks that loans on these kind of dwellings and if not for them, my income stream would have been delayed. Now I can stay in this area I love so much and take care of myself financially in a way that I really enjoy. I can't say enough good things about these folks and I highly recommend them. When I'm ready to buy my next property, I know exactly where to go. Thank you to everyone who works there for helping me reach my goal. I look forward to our next transaction!
