BUYER BEWARE!!! Kristopher Matyas is NOT RECOMMENDED! He had all of our paperwork for 2 months for the original pre-approval. The day after we went under agreement at our home, (2 months later) he dropped a huge bomb on us that literally messed up our entire financial plan!!! Something that should have been seen during the pre-approval process. This was a MAJOR issue for us because we had planned to save a lot of money from the sale of our house. He would NOT admit to the mistake. We immediately fired him.
