  I've been a customer for over a decade and I go to other banks for my needs beyond a basic checking account. There are plenty of good banks out there aside from this place. Equal parts apathetic and predatory. Capital One offers easy car loans, PenFed offers free accounts AND lines of credit, plenty of places offer mortgages, just without the nonsense of dealing with this bank.
