Absolutely horrid service with tellers when I went to cash my paycheck. I was asked repeatedly if I had an account after I had told them that I just needed it cashed. The teller somehow pulled up my account info and told me that there is a negative balance on my account. DID I SAY YOU COULD LOOK INTO MY ACCOUNT??? NO, I SAID CASH MY PAYCHECK!!! And the $30 overdraft fee plus $5 per day of additional overdraft is ridiculous! Wells Fargo is better with their $25 one time, $5 per month overdraft fees!!! Most banks now don't even have overdraft fees!! As per FCRA and GLBA, Mountain West Bank and all of Glacier Family of Banks, is practicing an UNLAWFUL use of FALSE ADVERTISING for their so claimed "Totally Free Checking Accounts". This is due to there being hidden fees which are not shared with the consumer upon account creation.

I am super upset, I used their atm to withdrawal cash from my doordash debit card and the atm read an error and didn’t disperse the cash. I checked my account after and the money had taken out of my account. I called and they said that the money may correct itself within 24 hours and deposit back into my account and if not, to dispute through dasher direct (stride bank). I wait 48 hours, no money in my account. I call stride bank and attempt to dispute and they stated that they cannot dispute atm charges as how would they verify that I actually did not receive the cash which makes total sense to me. I call back mountain west and they will not help me, they won’t look at the atm footage. They said since I am not a customer, they can not help me. THEY LITERALLY TOOK ALL THE CASH I HAD AND TRY TO TELL ME THAT STRIDE BANK IS WRONG FOR NOT HELPING ITS CUSTOMERS. Like lady, it was YOUR atm at YOUR bank at YOUR location. How the hell is doordash responsible?? I am just so upset. I feel stolen from
