      Never told to use PO address for my bank to send bank check, through Bill Pay, to deposit. Deposit Check was returned to my personal mailbox and not deposited to cover my insurance. They blamed it on the Post Office. Had 3 other bill pay funds deposited with no issue. I find personnel cold, robot-like and a waste of time.
