      Many little and avoidable issues combined to form a less than enjoyable experience. The workers seemed competent and adequate, but unfortunately hard to communicate with or understand. As a first time homebuyer, I was disappointed in the lack of direction and help I received. I do not doubt their abilities, but rather their execution. The lack of care was evident even down to my closing documents - they repeatedly misspelled my name. If it weren’t for my amazing realtor, I would not have understood a single aspect of my mortgage. I wish I had taken more time and efforts in choosing a mortgage company. Movement Mortgage was not the right company for me.
