      Before I found Mike Wooten I was working with a different lender that drug through the mud for two months straight he told us that we were approved on a loan That we were never really approved for he change the closing date three times and then told us we were denied because of rental history and living with our parents We are first time homebuyers that should have never mattered(because of this our seller almost pulled out). I called around and I found Mike and his team Cassie and Heather they were absolutely phenomenal. He told me what happened to me was horrible and sympathized he assured me that he could get me approved for the house we have been so patiently waiting for in a timely manner and he did just that! We close on the 29th of this month and I am so grateful for him and his team because now my family has a beautiful first home that we can’t wait to grow into. Thank you Mike, Cassie and Heather you guys Rock!

      If you use this company, be sure to find the local agent to your area. We called the 1800 number & they paired us with an inexperienced person, who was not diligent in the process nor communication. We were told 3 days for underwriting approval & we waited nearly two weeks, with no word from our lender. We just cancelled the entire thing & went with a lender we had already received an approval from. If choosing this lender, I would be worried about their ability to close on time, simply due to the fact it took so long for underwriting.
