      Don't use this company. We've been trying since summer to release an acre from our loan. We had everything to them in August and it's January. Still no closing date. I think they must be super under-staffed. Takes days to hear back. Always another excuse as to why it's not done yet. There's not even a good phone number to contact the lady helping with our account. I email her and I hear back once a week. Terrible service and slow service. Save yourself the headache.

      They are not straight forward about what is going on with you account. One day we would get told one thing and the next it would be totally different answer. I don't recommend them to anyone.
