  I a loan in pineville before they closed that store in February 2021. I came in and paid cash a few days later. Stacey/Ashley let me assume she and her husband owned this business. She took my cash, could not find my check, and I left wo a receipt. When she called and said I had not paid I questioned this she said she was going to watch the video. So he called me back 15 minutes later and said she had reviewed 4 days in 15 minutes. They lied and said they were eachother. The other one was listening to our conversation bc I could hear the phones moving. Then when I asked to speak with the owner they said he was Collin Roberts and could not tell me more bc of her respect to him and he never called me back. The thing is that I remember paying this off, I went in with a bank envelope of $100 bills and $20s and paid. When I paid we chatted for 15 minutes about he car with a training wheel and my car that was wrecked. She says I never came back in to pay. She has been there 3 then 5 years (her words). And again I don’t know where the receipt is but I suspect she does, and she could not find my check. I BORROWED $200 but the check she “found” was for $300, which she deposited. So I’ve even paid more than. I PAID THIS BUT THOSE SHADY FKS STOLE MY CASH IN FEBRUARY. and she did this before and I let this slide. Missing teeth is a sure sign of crystal meth and opiates addiction. Horrible and just saying. SHADY AF AND DO NOT EVER USE THEN, MR CASH IN ALEXANDRIA LOUISIANA!
