Went to cash a very small check. The lady did not greet me. Was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me she refused to cash the check even though it was still a valid check. Definitely will not EVER go here or any Kent kwik location for any needs. Very disappointing as I am a long time Kent kwik customer and have used Mr payroll several times in the past. Maybe if there was even a shred of customer service you would have a better rating on reviews. Have a blessed day

The worst the Mr Payroll cashier is clues , she unplugged the credit card reader and over drawn $200 dollars , I had to get the District manager involved and loss presentation Manager and at the end over a week not getting my money back they found a report that said it they did take my money . There answer is for me to dispute it with my bank . I have to wait an other 5 to 7 business day again for my money
