  From beginning to end, David Swanson was unbelievable!! There was never a time that he was unavailable to me. He always got right back to me, even on the weekends.. while he was on vacation too... He always made himself available to answer all my questions and concerns.. I can't thank him enough for all he did and his hardwork for getting my mortgage approved in record time (11 days!!!). His assistant, Elaine too! Amazing!! Very efficient and helpful, as well.. I would highly recommend MSI Mortgage and David Swanson!! I will miss speaking with him LOL

  David and his team were tremendously helpful to my husband and I as we navigated the intimidating territory of buying our first home. While we were initially shopping around for lenders, we were bombarded with emails of documents with so many words and numbers that we didn't understand, and the support people were unreachable when these documents were sent. The second we called MSIMortgage, on a Sunday morning, David was warm and welcoming and kept us on the phone while he sent his documents to us AND took the time to explain every word and number on every page to us in plain language. That reassured us that we had found our mortgage solution and made the right decision by choosing David and Elaine with MSIMortgage. They were professional, personable, and FAST with getting us to our closing. Will definitely use them again in the future for refinancing or whatever other mortgage needs arise.

  David Swanson and his team helped my wife and me with the purchase of our first home. David is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer questions, and he and his team were very responsive and pleasant to work with during the entire mortgage process. David is even willing to answer questions and offer assistance post-closing. I highly recommend working with David and his team.
