At MSU Federal Credit Union as a regular member already for the past 5 years now. I really appreciate the good customer service from Loan Officer Sarah Dupras, on September 28, 2020. To help me get my 2019 Chevy Equinox to be refinance through them at MSU Federal Credit Union for a better interest rate and lower monthly payment. The whole process took about an 1 hour and 30 minutes with Sarah, by explaining everything to me as a MSU Member. One step at a time on refinancing my 2019 Chevy Equinox with their options and agreement terms through MSU Federal Credit Union. I enjoyed the whole process experience of working with Sarah, for my new auto loan as a MSU Member.

The website says that they are open to the public, but they require a $10 alumni donation if you want to be a member, and they ran my credit report without my permission. I signed nothing and agreed to nothing for them to do that.

Absolutely the best banking experience. I have been with MSUFCU for many years and have always had outstanding service. Before the GR branch opened I had to do many things via online and the mobile app and it was always seemless and easy to navigate. Employees are enthusiastic, kind, well trained and great at suggesting applicable options with every interaction whether it be for CDs, savings, checkings or loans. I will never put my money or trust anywhere else.
