  I have had a personal loan (which I paid off) and I refinanced my vehicle with MSUFCU, made every payment on time sometimes even before the due date, and always paid extra on my loan and when I went to buy a new car they denied me a loan because I haven't had a loan of that amount before 🤔. Then I took a Cashier's check to the bank to pay off my previous auto loan and wanted my almost $1300 back in cash and I was informed that I have to wait 7 days for my money because they couldn't verify the funds for that cashier's check but yet a cashiers check is supposed to be guaranteed money 😡. This credit union has lost my business and I would never recommend them to anybody.

  Everything went great till underwriting did not review anything correctly so i called to inform them 3rd time of all income and credit. Was told everything is good everything is locked in just need to send proof of income... next day was told that we are not trustworthy to hold that value of amount after we was told that we got it just needed to send proof of income. Finally got a hold of loan officer she couldn’t explain why we are not trusted even tho she said we are Approved based on income and credit. wasted my credit score and whole week and if you wanna get yelled at rudely “we dont want to help or provide to loan you” and immediately hung up .... i wanna recommended every one to go to marshals credit union they approved me and got money already less then 48 hours
