**** Edit I was delivered a filthy car. I'm talking food, stains, personal belongings, masks, personal paperwork and general crud. I was promised a clean car as they had me test drive the Pathfinder before it was clean. I made my expectations very clear and was highly disappointed. Then I was promised an additional detail service and my husband was turned away when he arrived 5min late. I spent my own money time and elbow grease cleaning my new 16k car so my family could use it. Now I'm being harrassed for address verification. Despite being clear about having just relocated to Chattanooga and being told that I don't have to worry just do my best to accomplish xyz for proof. I have multiple forms of mail and address verification they will not accept. I have updated My bank but have to wait for a statement cycles for an actual statement with my new address. My bank is over and hour and a half away and the sales girl thinks I can just drop everything take a day off work and drive down to GA to maybe get what they need. I have been given the threat of they can take the Pathfinder back..... despite my clear communication and doing my best with a situation that wasn't disclosed as an issue till we had already paid the down payment. I'll tell you what those girls are slick as butter and clearly good at being " car salesmen" I would not recommend Mountain View Nissan for a hassle free buying experience I received an email from Gina about a trade in request I had done. The email looked personal not like the normal dealer's email spam stuff. I gave her a call and before dinner time her and her co worker Kaylee had found us a perfect car. Ive had pretty unpleasant car buying experiences in the past this was completely different. It was like buying a car from my girlfriend's. We laughed we joked, they cut my current interest rate in half and got my payment much lower than my old car too! I would highly recommend calling Gina or Kaylee if you are looking to buy a car!
