      Scheduled to see one on their rentals, when got to property, while trying to open the door, was greeted by the new tenants. Luckily the situation did not turn into in which some got hurt. Even received a text afterwards asking how I rated the property. Tried to call no answer. If this is the way they operate would not be doing business with them. Follow up with Muldoon, things happen especially when computers are involved. Thank you for reaching out.

      From the time I contacted him with interest in listing my property to the day we sat down for closing paperwork, Patrick made the process smooth and efficient. He was ready when I called to say I was prepped to go on the market, gave tips on making sure my home had an appealing look and feel so prospective buyers could see themselves creating their own memories there. He was very effective in his advice on how and when to list as well as exactly what price point we should start at and how to proceed once the listing was live. He set realistic expectations so I knew what to prepare for everything from photos to closing. Patrick was extremely responsive and diligent and helped me get my home sold without even the slightest hiccup. I have to say we absolutely had the dream team on this sale and I cannot say enough about Patrick and his team. I would not hesitate to refer anyone in the market to Patrick even especially they are looking for a headache free experience. He is a gem.
