Mulligan wasted our time. They approved us for a loan and retracted the offer after we gave them all of the required documents. Mulligan forwarded us a 69% apr loan offer every day for almost a month just so they could decline us last minute after agreeing on a loan option offering more favorable rates. Terrible Experience would not recommend working with Mulligan.

Constant calls and emails about funding even though I have told them in not interested and to stop. Ive never made an inquiry for funding so not even sure how they got my information.
