      Honestly they don't even deserve a one star. We applied for a truck loan and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a bank.

      I've banked here for over 10 years, used to love it, but the turn over rate is so ridiculous and what used to seem like a family now seems like strangers who dont care. Checks I've been cashing for years have started being hold for days, which caused my first late payment on my cc and lowered my credit score. I would like to say I'm overreacting when I say I wait over 10 mins everytime I deposit anything, even when they have 4 workers in lobby and no other customers, but I'm not. There's a couple vets in customer service that work hard, but others just pass the buck around til you get a voice-mail. Find a different bank, don't get caught up in their mess til they figure it out.
