      Terrible customer service! There always always only 2-3 tellers & 1-2 customer service reps ! It’s disgusting even on a holiday weekend you think they would staff more but no ! Wait till in person is just as long over the phone ! Lines from the entrance to the teller

      This is probably the most inefficiently managed offices I’ve ever visited! I was asked 5 different times by 5 different people. Manager is just sitting in her office while I’ve been waiting for over an hour to talk to someone about my account.
