      Worst customer service. I leased two cars through MUSA/Drivrz because that is who my dealer went through, and it has been a nightmare since the beginning. After the first month, I got locked out of my online account and no one there could help or figure out why or how to resolve. Their technology is terrible. The customer service people made me jump through the same hoops over and over, without ever looking at the notes previous reps have left and I would literally waste at least an hour on the phone without resolution. So I was unable to change anything on my account, auto pays, bank accounts, anything. And customer service can’t make most changes over the phone for some odd reason. It took a full five months for me just to regain online access because their system is inadequate. After reading the other reviews here, I’m hoping we don’t have the same experience at the end of our lease terms as others. If you can use a different lender, stay far away from MUSA/Drivrz. It’s not worth the headache.

      Worst Customer service ever!!! locked out of my account no one picks up put you on hold for 20 mins just to hang up!! did it 4 times already also never call you back !! If you havent used them please save yourself the headache and do not use them !!!!
