  I’m proud to say that I’m a 25- year-old homeowner thanks to Music City Mortgage. Last year in 2021, I was in a place to buy and a relative of mine had previously gone with Music City and raved about their service. As a Nashville native, I felt it was really important to me to also partner with a locally-owned business to help me buy in my hometown. They absolutely did not disappoint. I felt supported and taken care of by Paul and Debbie, who were excellent with communication and made sure I was always on track to meet closing date. They offered the best mortgage interest rate (note that I compared quotes with 3 other lenders) and helped my pre-approval and application process move quickly as the market was incredibly competitive back in 2021 — even more so than today. Best of all, they were patient with me and walked me through everything as this was my first time. I’m incredibly thankful for Music City Mortgage and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy in Nashville.
