      Teriable customer service. web site and app are sooo confusing.. Impossible to have money direct deposited without a Hassel, and no one knows how to help you..they also don't care to keep you as a customer.. go somewhere else!

      I'm honestly so disheartened by my experience with this credit union. I've been paying a lot of fees unbeknownst to me for YEARS. Please do not trust this credit union with your money. *since I can't respond below, yes I closed out my other accounts so I unfortunately still have a loan through Muskegon Co-op FCU... On top of my previous experience, the branch manager from the Laketon address is so incredibly unprofessional and rude. What a God awful place.
