      Having gone through the mortgage process with my parents I would like to write that this is truly a poor company. I don't want to write bad reviews about anyone and if you go through my reviews its usually always positive. This mortgage company was very unprepared and caused my parents to be late on their closing day despite giving ample time to the company. Edward Buffon was very unprofessional in the process as well as Abby Hoen, who when consulted on a critical day wrote an email back "I don't work on this day so please don't email me". I wish I was making this up but I truly feel bad for my parents as they were manipulated by this mortgage company and they are very subsiervant people who do not want to stir trouble. I wish that everyone knew there are much easier mortgage companies to deal with and that you do not have to go with the headache that comes from this small company. I hope it does not happen to anyone else and if you want further proof please contact me as I can provide further evidence about their manipulation. Imagine if you submitted proper documentation for the company as they requested and they manipulated you every step of the way to cause your mortgage closing to be delayed and to cause you numerous headaches in the process. This is what the company did.
